• Third party distributors selling on 3rd party marketplaces like Amazon.com, Rakuten.com Marketplace, eBay, Sears.com Marketplace, Walmart.com Marketplace, BestBuy.com Marketplace, Alibaba, Jet.com, or any similar marketplace. Selling Hedron Life Source products on any of the aforementioned websites is prohibited at this time. You obtain no right or title to any of our trademarks or other intellectual property. Discounts. All active discounts, offers, and promotions are not applicable in addition to wholesale or practitioner pricing unless otherwise stated.

Termination. Hedron Life Source has the right to suspend or terminate a member’s account at any time if we believe the member is abusing the program or no longer a qualified practitioner. Hedron Life Source has the right to periodically contact a member to discern the use of product purchased and we reserve the right to cancel your outstanding orders and refuse to accept further orders from you at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion. In addition, Hedron Life Source reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms and conditions of the Wholesale/Practitioner Purchase Program at any time, and if so you will be contacted with the updates.

Renewal. Continued participation in the Wholesale Purchase Program may require online annual renewal and demonstration of qualifications. You will receive notification when your account needs to be renewed.
